Updated 17 October 2026. This notice covers l03v.com and enquiries sent to L03V Labs or L03V Records. The apps are still in development; their release-specific privacy notices will be provided before sale. This website does not provide an AI service.

Visiting this website
Cloudflare Pages delivers and protects the website. Connection and request information, including your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, may be processed to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose failures. Our basis is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use this information for personalised advertising or profiling.
The site has no account, contact form, advertising tracker or embedded music player. Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled. We have not added analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and security services may process necessary technical information; this is not a promise that the hosting provider keeps no logs.
Email enquiries
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer and follow up your enquiry. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)); where necessary to fulfil a contract with you or take steps you request before one, Article 6(1)(b) applies. Please send only information needed for the enquiry. Do not send passwords, login tokens, confidential manuscripts or an entire music library.
Email is handled through Apple iCloud Mail. This website does not automatically submit a message when you follow an email link; your email app opens so you can decide whether to send.
Retention
We delete closed support enquiries after 12 months, unless specific material must be retained for legal claims or a legal obligation. Unneeded attachments may be removed earlier. Active enquiries are kept while needed for follow-up. Material retained for a legal reason is reviewed and removed when that reason no longer applies.
Technical hosting data is processed under Cloudflare’s service arrangements for delivery, security and operation, and kept for the periods needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. We do not maintain a separate exported visitor-log archive. Provider security or legal retention is not controlled by a local website setting.
Providers, transfers and external links
Cloudflare provides website hosting and Apple provides our email service. These providers may process data outside Norway and the EEA. Their applicable service and data-protection arrangements govern safeguards for such processing; Cloudflare describes international-transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, in its Data Processing Addendum. See also Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy information. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Links to SoundCloud, Spotify and Apple Music open external services. They receive connection information when you visit them and apply their own privacy rules. No music is embedded or played by this website.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email l03vlabs@icloud.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects on this website.
Changes
We update this notice when the website or contact processing changes. Material changes will be identified on this page.
